My Spaghetti and Cheese Bake 😄

Steps

In a saucepan bring the water to boil and drop in the spaghetti, bring to boil and turn heat down, simmer for 20 minutes

Heat up the required amount of milk to make the cheese sauce

Add the packet cheese to the milk and whisk until no lumps. To make your own, melt 100 grams of grated cheese into just over 1/2 pint of milk.

Strain off the water from the spaghetti, and leave until cheese sauce is ready.

When the sauce thickens, Add the drained spaghetti to the sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes then serve.

Serve on a plate with a good sprinkle of Itallian cheese. Or a little Mozzerella

You could also finish off in the oven to give it a golden brown top.
