  1. 3 lbground turkey
  2. 1egg
  3. 3/4 cupbreadcrumbs
  4. 1 tbspdried parsley
  5. 1 tbsponion powder
  6. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  7. 1 tspground thyme
  8. 1 tspcelery seed
  9. 1 cupbuffalo sauce
  10. 1salt and white pepper

  1. 1

    Combine turkey and dried spices in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Add egg and breadcrumbs. Mix thoroughly. Mixture will be wet, but this is to attempt to retain moisture.

    Form into meatballs and bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or until thermometer reaches 165°.

    Toss meatballs and buffalo sauce in a large mixing bowl.
