  1. 3 lbground turkey
  2. 1egg
  3. 3/4 cupbreadcrumbs
  4. 1 cupchopped walnuts
  5. 2/3 cuphoney
  6. 1/2 cupdried mango; large dice
  7. 1/2 cupdried cherries or cranberries
  8. 1roasted yellow bell pepper; large dice
  9. 1roasted red bell pepper; large dice
  10. 1 tbspground coriander seed
  11. 1 tbsponion powder
  12. 1 tbsppaprika
  13. 2 tspgarlic powder
  14. 1 tspdried sage
  15. 1 pinchsalt and pepper

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Cover and bake at 350° for approximately one hour or until thermometer reaches 165°. Uncover and drizzle honey on top during last five minutes of cooking.

    Variations; Other dried fruits, pecans, pistachios, carrots, celery, onions, shallots, scallions, ginger, basil, thyme
