2 cupPinto beans, washed
2 tbspsalt

Combine all ingredients into a crock pot.

Fill 3/4 of pot with water after ingredients are in.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hrs. Check water after 6 hrs. Might need to add some.

Serve with cornbread or tortillas
