Ive always loved to cook and was referred to cookpad by a friend and love it!! Comments and suggestions are alway welcome! ! Thank you everyone! !!

Ingredients

30 mins
6 servings
  1. 2chicken breasts shredded or cubed
  2. 1 packagesRefrigerated Pie Crust
  3. 1/4 cupchopped carrots
  4. 1/4 cupchopped celery
  5. 1/4 cupchopped onion
  6. 1/4 cupchopped green pepper
  7. 2small potatoes, chopped
  8. 2bay leaves
  9. 2cubes of chicken bullion
  10. 1/2 tspfresh garlic
  11. ground black pepper
  12. 4 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Bring chicken, spices, bullion to a boil

  2. 2

    Take out pie crusts to adjust to room temp

  3. 3

    Once chicken is cooked, take out to cool, then shred or chop

  4. 4

    Add veggies to chicken stock and simmer 10 min

  5. 5

    Flour the counter to roll out crusts

  6. 6

    Roll out the edges of crust and place in lg muffin pan

  7. 7

    Turn down veggies and thicken witn cirn starch or roux, let stand to thicken

  8. 8

    Preheat oven to 400 º

  9. 9

    Ladle the veggies into the pan, and cover with remaining dough

  10. 10

    Bake in oven for 15-20 mins or until golden brown on top. ENJOY! !!

Sounds Delicious! I will make it and report back...my M-I-L taught me to make pie dough from scratch so I will use that as the dough...(flour, Crisco/butter, salt, Iced water)
