My family loves mac & cheese. One day I was making Tex-Mex Chicken and had made mac & cheese to go with it but wanted it to follow the Tex-Mex dinner theme I was going with so I found some Taco Bell Taco Sauce packets in the fridge and threw them in to the macaroni and it came out great. If you want to just change up your regular old mac & cheese, this will be the one for you.

Ingredients

2 cupelbow macaroni noodles
1/4a block velvetta cheese
2tbl margarine
1milk
4-6 packs taco bell taco sauce (mild, hot, or fire)

Steps

Boil noodles per package directions. drain and set aside.

cut velveeta into cubes and add to pot along with milk on low heat. Stir till cheese is melted. Add cooked noodles to cheese sauce in pot and stir to coat all the noodles well.

Pour in your packets of taco sauce and stir to combine. Now time to enjoy!
