  1. 1 kggalgal (big lime)
  2. 2 tbspkasoori methi
  3. 2 tbspRed chilli pepper (Lal Mirchi)
  4. 3 tbspsTurmeric (Haldi)
  5. 1-1/2 cupsMustard Oil (Sarson Ka Tel)
  6. 4 tbspSalt (Namak)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the galgals into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Mix the salt & dry ingredients very well.

    Put in an air tight jar and pour the oil over it. Make sure, the pickle should be covered very well with oil.

    Keep the bottle air tight in the sun for 6-7 days. Shake it daily, till the pickle is ready to eat.
