Fried beef

Avoid cooking too much meat on a pan. Take larger pan so that meat pieces don't touch each other, or simply cook in batches. Otherwise beef would be steamed, not fried.

Steps
- 1
Cut beef into medium cubes.
- 2
Spruce meat with balsamic vinegar.
- 3
Rub spices into the meat.
- 4
Seal spice flavors with oil. Add as much as needed to cover meat by half.
- 5
Add more vinegar, if you want. Mix well and put marinated meat into the fridge for 1-2 hours.
- 6
Preheat frying pan on a maximum fire.
- 7
Fry marinated beef until 1 side is brown.
- 8
Turn meat, fry all sides.
- 9
Add salt, mix meat pieces to cover them with salt.
- 10
Reduce fire to medium, cover the lid.
- 11
Cook for 5-10 minutes. If you want rare meat (with blood), omit this step.
- 12
Serve and enjoy. Probably resting the meat for several minutes before eating would be a good idea.
