Ingredients

  1. (amount of your own preference). Sliced Kales
  2. 1large, ripe tomato, chopped
  3. 1/4 kgbeef, chopped
  4. 1large onion, chopped
  5. 1 clovegarlic, grated

Cooking Instructions

    Put oil in a clean sufuria and add the onions and the garlic. Cook untill golden brown.

    Add the beef, stir and cover with a lid. Allow to cook.

  3. 3

    Once cooked add the tomatoes and cover, to cook for 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Stir and add the kales. Cover for 3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Stir and cover to allow to cook.

  6. 6

    Serve with ugali or chapatti.
