Ingredients

  • 4 / 250 Gramonion to make paste
  • 4 / 250 GramTomato To make paste
  • 250 GramPaneer in Pieces
  • 1 Cupfresh Frozen Peas
  • 5 TbspOil
  • 5Garlic Cloves
  • 2 inchGinger
  • 3-4Green Chllies
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 TbspCumin Seed
  • 1 InchCinnamon Stick
  • 1Bay Leaf
  • 1 TbspChilli Powder
  • 1/2 TbspTurmric Powder
  • 2 TbspCoriander Powder
  • 1 TbspGaram Masala Powder
  • 1/2 TbspCumin Powder
  • 2 CupWater
  • 1 TbspDry Kasuri Methi
  • as needed Coriander Leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    First Make paste of Ginger Garlic And Green Chillies

  2. 2

    Then, In a kadhai take oil And add Cumin Seeds Cinnamon And Bay leaf

  3. 3

    Further Add Ginger Garlic And green Chilli Paste

  4. 4

    Then Add Chilli powder and Turmric powder directly to oil

  5. 5

    Then add onion paste And Saute on Medium flame till onion turns Slightly Golden brown.

  6. 6

    Then Add Cumin Powder,Coriander Powder,Garam Masala And Salt, and fry

  7. 7

    Now Add 2 Cup Of Water

  8. 8

    Add Peas and Paneer Cubes.

  9. 9

    Cover And Simmer for 10 Minuts

  10. 10

    Finaly add Crushed Kasuri Methi And Coriander Leaves
