Ingredients

  • 250 gmpalak chopped
  • 100 gmChane ki dal
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 inchginger chopped
  • 5,6garlic slide chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp aamchur powder
  • 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  • 1 pinchhig
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsdeshi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Ek cooker le osme palak or dal ko dho kar dale or 2 glass pani dale or 1 ts salt and tarmric powder dale cooker band karein.

    Gas on karein os Par cooker rakhein or 5 siti aane par gas band karein.

    Ab gas on karein Tadke ke liye Kdai rakhein than ghee add karein jeera add karein hig dale.

    Than onion and ginjer add karein pink hone de.
