5 tbspchopped parsely
3 mediumcarrots sliced
1green bell pepper seedless and chopped
4pieces of celery chopped
2 tbspchopped dill
1 dashsalt
1 dashpepper
1 tbspolive oil ( to taste)
3 tbspcider vinegar (to taste)

Well enjoyed! I used dried herbs cause that was what was conveniently on hand and it was still yummy.
