Slow cooker curry chicken and easy rice and peas

Ingredients

  1. curry chicken
  2. 2Chicken thighs
  3. 2 tbspcream of chicken
  4. 1 tbspcurry powder
  5. 1carrot
  6. 1 tbspminced garlic
  7. 1 canbuttermilk biscuit dough
  8. 1/4 cupchopped onion
  9. spices
  10. rice and peas
  11. 1 cupwhite rice
  12. 1 canred kidney beans
  13. 1 cancoconut milk
  14. spices
  15. soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Place carrots and onion at bottom of slow cooker.

    Put chicken in slow cooker

    In separate bowl, mix cream of chicken, curry, garlic salt and seasoning. Spoon over chicken

    Separate 2 biscuits into a out 10-12 pieces. Form pieces into spinners (oblong dumplings) and place on top of everything.

    Let cook on low for 5-7 hours

    For rice and peas: put rice in rice cooker and add coconut milk instead of water.

  7. 7

    Add as many beans as you want and turn on rice cooker.

  8. 8

    (For color) add soy sauce at the end of the cooking process and stir rice with rice spoon.

    Serve chicken over rice and enjoy!
