Ingredients

  • 1 lbthin lean steak
  • 3zucchini
  • 2 canmushroom gravy
  • 1 envelopespaghetti seasoning
  • 1 cuprice
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 pinchred peppr flake
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    trim fat and cut steak into cubes

  2. 2

    cut zucchini into bite sizes pieces

  3. 3

    add olive oil to frying pan

  4. 4

    Brown cubed steak

  5. 5

    add zucchini, stir fry until zucchini starts to turn transparent

  6. 6

    pour in gravy

  7. 7

    mix spaghetti mix with 1 cup water, add to steak, zucchini and gravy

  8. 8

    add seasonings and simmer until zucchini is tender

  9. 9

    serve over rice
