1 lbbest ground beef available
1/4 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion granules
1/4 cuppickled jalapenos, chopped
1 pinchsalt and black pepper
to serve
4burger buns, toasted
2ripe tomato, sliced
1ripe avocado, sliced

Combine all the burger ingredients in a large bowl.

Form burgers.

Heat a cast iron griddle pan.

Griddle for 4-5 minutes each side.

Serve simply, with avocado and tomato.
