This one is only for Mirchi lovers, serve as side dish or take it while travelling ..stays well out for more 5 days

Heat a pan and dry roast besan till aroma comes and keep aside

Now dry roast fenugreek seeds, whole coriander seeds and jeera till splutter and crisp

Allow it to cool and then grind them all in to fine powder

Now in a mixing bowl take roasted besan, and ground masala, salt to taste, haldi Powder, red chilli powder and Lemon juice (or Amchur powder) mix well and keep ready stuffing

Wash and slit chillies length wise and discard excess seeds (optional)

Fill ready stuffing into slit chillies

Heat oil in a pan and crackle onion seeds and add stuffed chillies and cook covered for 5 minutes

Turn them and cook uncovered for some more time

Keep checking and turning in between.. bharwa mirchi is ready to serve.

Have as it is with puri paratha or chapati
