Sweet onions are now in season.I was given quite a bit of them, so I'm trying them out in various recipes.Once you've added the flavoring ingredients, thoroughly work in the ingredients with your hands.I do this by using a plastic bag as a glove and mixing them by hand. If you need to lower the carbs, it's fine to use a brown sugar substitute. Bone in chops work well, too.
