Ingredients

6 servings
  • 6bone in pork chops
  • 1 largewhite onion sliced in thick slices
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 1ketchup
  • 1sliced jalapeño (optional)

Steps

    Preheat oven to 375°

  2. 2

    Arrange chops on a baking sheet.

  3. 3

    Spoon a tablespoon of brown sugar on each chop.

  4. 4

    Place a slice of onion on each one.

  5. 5

    Add a generous amount of ketchup to top of onions and top with jalapeño if desired.

  6. 6

    Bake for 45 min. Uncovered

  7. 7

    Serve immediately with your choice of sides!!
