Ingredients

50 mins
  • 1roll peanut butter cookie dough
  • 8 ozcream cheese
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 cupsugar

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350 °

  2. 2

    Press 1/2 or 2/3 of cookie dough in greased 8x8 dish.

  3. 3

    Beat cream cheese until smooth, add egg and sugar. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Pour mixture over cookie dough. Crumble remaining cookie dough over the top.

  5. 5

    Bake for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

  6. 6

    Allow to cool as long as possible!

  7. 7

    You can use any cookie dough - chocolate chip would be bomb!
