12 servings
  1. 1 lbextra lean bottom round sliced thinly
  2. 1/4 cupbalsamic vinegar
  3. 1/4 cupsugar
  4. 1/4 cupchives oil
  5. 2 tbspcornstarch
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspground black pepper
  8. 1 tspgranulated garlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl mix coating all put into a ziploc bag set in a refrigerator for an hour soak your skewers in water
