12 servings
  • 1 lbextra lean bottom round sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cupbalsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1/4 cupchives oil
  • 2 tbspcornstarch
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 1 tspgranulated garlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl mix coating all put into a ziploc bag set in a refrigerator for an hour soak your skewers in water
