Ingredients

  1. 1 lbyellow squash-thinly sliced
  2. 1/2 tbspdried rosemary seasoning
  3. 2 clovegarlic-minced
  4. pinchkosher salt
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  6. 1/2 stickbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Cut squash thinly in circles as much as possible.

    Use either a saute or Dutch oven pan. Place on stovetop and set to medium high heat, melt butter; add garlic and rosemary.

    Mix and stir so the garlic will not burn; add the yellow squash.

  4. 4

    Stir in ingredients; then add salt and pepper, continue to blend all ingredients.

  5. 5

    Then turn down heat to lowest setting. Simmer up to 15 minutes.
