Egg dry chilli is a Indo Chinese dish of yummy taste.
Steps

Take a pan add oil then add chopped garlic saute..

Add onion fry for 1min then add capsicum fry for 1min..

Add tomato fry till it soft then add chicken masala fry for 1min..

Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and green chilli sauce mix it well..

Add salt and 2spoon water fry for 1min..

Cut the one egg in 4slices... Then add this into the mixture.. Fry for 2min...

Egg dry chilli is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves..
