Ingredients

  •  to taste salt
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 4 onions paste
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  • chopped methi leaves
  • fewboiled green peas
  • 1cup milk
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 2fresh tomato puree
  • 2 tbspfresh cream Ginger garlic paste
  • 2cardamoms

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the fenugreek leaves, sprinkle ½ tsp of salt and keep aside for 15 minutes

  2. 2

    Squeeze out the water and discard it. Heat non stick pan of oil in a add cumin seeds when the seeds crackle add onions pasta

  3. 3

    Light brown now fenugreek leaves (methi) sauteed few minutes & now add

  4. 4

    The tomato puree sauteed few now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,maggi masala fir add green peas sauteed minutes add milk sugar salt malai 4,5 tsp water cook on medium flame for 2,3 minutes, now add laste serve time cream  immediately serve hot...
