  1. 1/2Chicken breast, diced
  2. 1Potato
  3. 1Tomato 🍅
  4. 1/2Onion
  5. 5 Clovesgarlic
  6. 1Carrot
  7. 3Mushrooms
  8. Oregano
  9. 1Bay leaf
  10. White wine 🍷
  11. Olive oil
  12. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and slice the potato as you would for a tortilla, add a pinch of salt, and fry it in a pan with a little olive oil. Set aside.

    In a larger pan, add a splash of olive oil and sauté the garlic, onion, carrot, mushrooms, and peeled tomato 🍅, all chopped, with the bay leaf and oregano. Cook everything together well until it forms a sofrito.

    Once everything is sautéed, add the diced chicken breast and stir to absorb the flavors of the sofrito. Add a splash of white wine and cook until the chicken is tender. You can add a little water if necessary.
