Fry first the chicken until golden brown.

Then sautee onion until soft. Mix well, then pour ketchup and water.

Add bay leaf and chicken powder. Cook for 5 mins then add potatoes and mix veggies.

Cover and simmer and mix it once in a while. To prevent it from burning.

Keep cooking until sauce thickens.
