2 cupgluten-free baking mix
1 1/4 cupcold water
1/2 cupshredded cheddar
1/2 tspsalt

Mix all ingredients together until soft dough forms. Drop generous spoonfuls of dough onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in 450°F oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown or center is done. Check with a toothpick.
