Ingredients

  • 3-4potato in thin pieces
  • 2onion chopped
  • 2tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tspsalt /as needed
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsphaladi
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 TBSoil
  • 1/2 tspjeera
  • Chopped dhaniya

Steps

  1. 1

    Cooker me oil dale. Heat karein.jeera dale.

  2. 2

    Crackle hone par onion dale. Mix karein.golden brown karein.

  3. 3

    Ab salt, red chilli powder, haladi dale.mix karein.

  4. 4

    Tomato dale, bhune. Masala oil chodne lage to potato daal de.

  5. 5

    2-3 bowl water dale.acc to thick gravy.

  6. 6

    Lid lagade.1 whistle aane par gas off kar de.

  7. 7

    Steam apne aap nikal jae to cooker khole. Garam masala daal de. Dhaniya dale. Mix karein.

  8. 8

    Aloo lazeez ready hai.
