Ingredients

  1. 250 gmchana daal wash and soaked for 2-3 hrs
  2. 2 tspGreen chilli,ginger and garli paste
  3. 100 gmSpring onion chopped finely
  4. to tasteSalt,chilli powder & hing
  5. as neededChopped coriander leaves
  6. 1 small bunch kalmi saag wash and chopped finely

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind chana daal coarsely in grinder.

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients and mix properly.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan to fry vada

  4. 4

    Make big flat vada and semi fry.

  5. 5

    Remove from oil and let it cool.

  6. 6

    Now cut in to slices.

  7. 7

    Again deep fry till golden.

  8. 8

    Sprinkle some chat Masala.

  9. 9

    Serve hot with Chutney.
