Clean the chicken well and cut into pieces. In a sufuria boil the chicken for about five minutes.

Peel the potatoes and clean them as well. Cut them up into about an inch thickness. And set them aside

Add the 3 cups of oil into a frying pan. Leave the oil to heat up. Add a plate of the strips of potatoes.

Fry the potatoes for a bit. Don't let them brown.

Chop the onions into rings.in a separate cooking pan add a little bit of oil. Add in the onions and fry till they soften.

Add in the boiled chicken and gently using a wooden spoon stir.

Add in the chips. Gently toss around the cooking pan without stirring to avoid breaking the chips.

Add salt and keep tossing it around. Serve Hot.
