Ingredients

  • 29 ozCan 100% pumpkin puree
  • 2 cupBrown sugar
  • 8 tspOr more pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 gallonApple cider
  • 2 cupEverclear 190 proof
  • 2 cupPinnacle whipped vodka

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine pumpkin Puree
    and pumpkin pie spice mix well

  2. 2

    Add apple cider and mix

  3. 3

    Boil for 20 minutes, cool before next step

  4. 4

    Add Everclear and pinnacle whipped vodka then mix

  5. 5

    Put in jars then refrigerate

  6. 6

    Let sit for two weeks plus

  7. 7

    Shake well before trying

  8. 8

    It yields 6 quarts and 1/2 pint

  9. 9

    After two weeks taste half pint to
    see if ready
