Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  1. 3 cupDosa better
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 1grated carrot
  4. 1 tspcoriander leave chopped
  5. to tasteSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the above ingredients well.

    Keep the paddu ldil pan on medium heat.

    Add a few drops of oil in each mould.

    Pour spoonful of the batter leaving some space over the top.

    Allow to cook for 2 – 3mins on medium heat.

    Check it with a wooden stick.Turn  them  and allow the other side to cook.

    Cook till it is light golden brown and crispy.Remove and cover them with a lid so that it stays warm.Serve  hot with any chutney,
