Appam is a bowl-shaped pancakes made from fermented rice flour.
Steps

Grind soaked rice by adding tender coconut water untill you get a thick batter.

Add grated coconut and grind again.
- 3
Mix rest of the ingredient to the batter.
- 4
Keep it for 6-8 hrs.or you can mix it in night and use in morning.

In a non stick bowl shaped pan pour the batter and rotate in circular motion.
- 6
Close it with lid.cook it until the edges are brown.
