Ingredients

  1. 3 cuppasta
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 1 cupchicken broth
  4. 5 clovecrushed garlic
  5. 1 mediumfinely chopped onion (yellow)
  6. 1 tbspdried parsley
  7. 2 tbspall-purpose flour
  8. 2 tbspbutter
  9. 1 dashsalt
  10. 1 pinchground black pepper
  11. 1 packagesfrozen or fresh Spinach
  12. 1/2 cupparmesan cheese, grated
  13. 3/4 cupmozzarella cheese, shredded

Cooking Instructions

    Melt butter, add crushed garlic and onion, sautée until almost tender.

    Let garlic and onion get slightly clear. Add salt and pepper and parsley.

    Add both tablespoons of flour until all ingredients form a paste.

  4. 4

    Add in milk and chicken broth, inter-changing ingredients while stirring with a spatula or whisk. Continue to stir until back in a creamy/thickened sauce.

    Add cheeses to sauce and continue to stir until well blended and thick consistency. Once done, set aside.

    Cook pasta and spinach, separate.

  7. 7

    Combine drained Spinach with the sauce and stir slightly. Then pour into drained pasta.

    You can add chicken or turkey to increase protein. Or use vegetable broth to make it vegetarian.
