Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4pieces premade flatbread
  • 1/4 cuplowfat sour cream
  • 1 tbspminced garlic
  • 1 boxfrozen chopped spinach
  • 5green onion tops, chopped
  • 2 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1salt, pepper
  • 1Roma tomato, chopped
  • 1 packages1/3 fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packagespieces, precooked bacon chopped or 10-12 oz cooked

Steps

  1. 1

    thaw frozen spinach following directions on package, squeeze out excess liquid

  2. 2

    mix all ingredients, except cheese and tomatoes

  3. 3

    divide and spread spinach mixture on flatbread equally

  4. 4

    sprinkle equally with cheese and tomato

  5. 5

    bake at 400 until golden brown approx. 8-10 mins
