Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F

In a large skillet, lightly greased, cook chicken on both sides for five minutes or until no longer pink. Season however you want.

Remove and set aside.

In a medium sauce pan, melt butter on medium heat.

Stirring constantly, add mushroom soup, half and half, lemon juice, italian seasoning, garlic and parmesan cheese.

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, arrange spinach over bottom.

Next arrange slice mushrooms over spinach.

Pour about half of mixture over mushrooms and spinach.

Next, arrange chicken over top of mixture.

Then, pour remaining mixture over top of chicken. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and top with bacon bits.

Bake for 20 minutes or until mixture is light brown and bubbly.

Can serve over bow tie pasta.
