Stewed Chicken and Ugali with kales

Cut the chicken into sizeable pieces. Place in a sufuria add a cup of water and boil.

Meanwhile clean the kales and the tomatoes. Chop the kales and onions and tomatoes and place aside.

Add cooking onto a sufuria add onions fry. When it browns add the boiled chicken and stir.

Add tomatoes and cover for a minute. Uncover mix.add salt and the chicken cube and a cup of water cover.

Add a table spoon of cooking oil into a frying pan add the onion and fry. Add the kales and salt on top

Mix it in. Cover and cook for a few minutes.

Add two cups of water in a small sufuria. Leave to boil.

While boiling slowly add maize flour and mix in.when solid leave for a few minutes

Serve when everything is ready.
