1 bowlvegetables (bitter gourd,raw papaya, brinjal,raw banana)
1/2 tea spooncelery seeds
1 tea spoonoil
As required water
To tastesalt
1/2 tea spoonturmeric powder

Heat a pan and add the celery seeds.

Add the veges and leaves

Add salt and turmeric powder and fry

Add water and cover it.

Switch off the heat as the veges get tender
