1 boxof rice
1frozen corn
1can of beans (i used kidney)
1avocado
1tomato
1salt and pepper
1shredded cheese
1lemon juice

make rice as directed on box. add salt and pepper to taste.

rinse off beans

when rice is almost finished, add in as much corn and beans as you like. stirring. they just have to heat up.

chop up tomato and avocado

top bowl with tomato, avocado, cheese, and flavor with the lemon juice!
