Ingredients

  1. 2-3 large potatoes
  2. 3/4 cupgluten-free biscuit mix
  3. 1 3/4 cupsoy milk
  4. 1/2 cupshredded cheddar
  5. 2eggs
  6. 3/4 tspsalt
  7. 1/2 tspItalian seasoning
  8. 1 tsp1/8 pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to 350°F.

    Grease rectangular baking dish.

  3. 3

    Layer potatoes in dish.

  4. 4

    Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over top of potatoes.

  5. 5

    Bake until potatoes are tender. 45 minutes to 1 hour.
