  1. 250 gmamla (gooseberry)
  2. 250 gmsugar
  3. 20-25raisins (kismish)
  4. 3-4 clovescrushed (laung)
  5. 1red chilli powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/4 tspCardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash amla & grate it. Remove seeds.

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

    Mix all properly. Keep rest for 3-4 days.
