Ingredients

1 hour 15 mins
2 servings
  1. 212 oz rib eye steaks
  2. 1/2 cupshredded pepper jack cheese
  3. 1/4 lblump crab meat
  4. 1/2 cupprepared hollandaise sauce
  5. 1salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
  6. marinade
  7. 1/4 cupeach, soy sauce, worchestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, water, and red wine vinegar

Cooking Instructions

1 hour 15 mins

    Mix all marinade ingredients. Marinade steaks for 30-45 minutes

    Place steaks on a broiler pan. Sprinkle with seasonings. Bake at 350 until steak is at desired doneness. I prefer rare to med rare

    5 Minutes before done top steaks with crab meat and cheese. Remove when cheese is melted

    Top steaks with hollandaise sauce and serve immediately.

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.
