  2. 4 teaspoonsMutton masala
  3. 100 gramsginger garlic
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 5 numbersonionchopped
  6. 4 numberstomato
  7. 3 teaspoonspepper powder
  8. mustard to season
  9. 1/2 cupgarlicchopped

Cooking Instructions

60 mins
  1. 1

    Add masala, ginger garlic paste and salt to beef. Cook till the beef is done. If you are using a pressure cooker cook up to around 40 whistle.

    Add oil to a pan. Add mustard, garlic chopped. Saute for some time. Add onion and tomato and saute till done.

  3. 3

    Now add the cooked beef to this

    Add pepper powder and mix well

  5. 5

    Remove from flame after some 5 minutes.
