Creamy Cheese Sauce Macaroni

When kids refuse to eat, it can be frustrating. Instead of letting them skip meals, it's better to make a snack that contains carbs and protein. At least they won't be hungry.
Creamy Cheese Sauce Macaroni
When kids refuse to eat, it can be frustrating. Instead of letting them skip meals, it's better to make a snack that contains carbs and protein. At least they won't be hungry.
Steps
- 1
Boil the macaroni until tender. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the boiling macaroni to prevent sticking. Once tender, drain and set aside.
- 2
Chop the onion and cut the cheese into small pieces or grate it.
- 3
Heat oil and sauté the onion until soft, then add the corned beef and mix well.
- 4
Once the corned beef is slightly cooked, add the milk (I use ultra full cream). Stir again. Then add the macaroni, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well and adjust the seasoning to taste.
- 5
Once the taste is right, continue stirring the macaroni until the milk reduces.
- 6
Then remove from heat and serve. If you like, you can add more grated cheese on top. Serve with hot sauce.
- 7
You can also steam or bake the prepared macaroni for extra flavor. But for me, up to step 6 is enough and can be enjoyed directly. Hehehe... it's all about personal preference.
