  1. 1chorizo
  2. 1egg
  3. 1celantro
  4. 2jalepìno pepper
  5. 3/4 cuphot sauce Mexican style
  6. 1 cansmashed beans
  7. 1avocado

  1. 1

    in a frying pan place chorizo and egg. mix until the egg is scrambled and the chorizo is cooked.

  2. 2

    then add hot sauce, celantro, peppers. cook for another 10 mins or until the peppers are soft

  3. 3

    warm the refried beans in a pot. on low for about 10 mins. place Tostada in oven on the lowest setting 5-8 minutes?

  4. 4

    after the beans cooks, its optional but you can add a cup of cheese of your choice.

  5. 5

    remove Tostada from oven, then start layering. beans, chorizo and eggs, lettuce (optional), top with cheese,avocado and sauce

my name is mike and I hale from a small city about 25 miles south from Detroit MI where I serve as a Detroit Police Detective (I'm not shy and proud of what I do.) I spent 10 years working undercover / vice and community relations. I moved on to the police academy as a field training officer / instructor. In December I got transferred to the most respected Traffic Enforcement Unit. I most recently got promoted to the rank of detective. I was a Detective for the 7th Precinct for over a year. I'm now at the 3rd Precinct. I also investigate crimes that occur in and around Wayne State University. I started cooking in high school and then went on to college where my minor was culinary arts. I never finished, however over time I mastered (at least I think) the art of grilling/smoking and rubs. I enjoy cooking, eating and spending time with the kids..
