Steps

First peel and cut the turai in small size.

Than put kdahi on gas.and add musterd oil.let it hot and add hing and jeera.let tham cracle.

Now add turai and red chill powder haldi powder dhaniya powder and mix it and cover it for 5 mnt.

In a bowl take curd and gram flour and mix it well.

When turai will become soft.add this curd mixture in turai slowly.stir well continuesly.when kdi on boiling stage add salt and stir well.

After 30-40 mnt your kdi will be done.enjoy this kdi with rice and chapatis :-)
