Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 7 lbboneless pork loin
  2. 1 lbbacon
  3. 1 largeclove of garlic or 8 regular cloves sliced
  4. savory rub see attached recipe

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the pork loin in center to butterfly the loin

    Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit

  3. 3

    Slice the garlic add to center of pork loin add a tablespoon of savory rub

    Close the loin and wrap with bacon. Then put into a baking pan sprayed with nonstick spray.

    Put more rub on top and bake in oven till done.
