Steps

Peel potatoes and cut them into chips form

Heat oil then add in the chips potatoes

Fry till golden brown then remove from oil

Put butter in a pan then add onions rings and fry till translucent

Add in tomato paste,turmeric, paprika and Cayenne and cook to form puree

Add in the chips and saute to mix properly then add little water to cook

Remove from pan and plate then sprinkle corriander and tomato sauce and lemon juice then eat
