  • EASY BBQ PORK ( CHAR SIEW )
  • 2 cupdice chinese bbq pork
  • 1 cupmix red ,green and yellow dice bell pepper
  • SPICY SAUCE
  • 3 tbsplight soy sauce
  • 1 tspdark soy sauce
  • 2 tbspnando 's peri peri chili sauce or any sriracha
  • 2 tbspLG SHALLOT OIL or any oil
  • 3 tbspcrispy fried shallot
  • GARNISH OPTION
  • 3 tbspdice spring onion
  • 2 tbspcrispy fried shallot
  • 2fresh coriander leaf

    UDON

    bring water to a boil then add udon and simmer for 13 minutes then drain and reserve half cup of water for sauce
