  • 2 tbspPlain non-fat Yogurt
  • 1 cup1% milk or Silk Milk
  • 2 tbsp100% Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 1/3 cupChocolate Ovaltine
  • 5Ice cubes
  • 1Blender/Mixer
