  1. 1 packagescarrots
  2. 1/2 cupwater
  3. 2 tbspbutter
  4. 1 cuplight brown sugar
  5. 1 tspvanilla extract

    Place carrots, water and butter in pan on medium heat cover. Keep covered so all carrots cook completely through. Halfway through cooking add the brown sugar, and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

    Cook a total of 20 minutes and done!!!!
