This incredibly moist, delicious chocolate cake uses no eggs. When I was a kid, a friend of my mom’s gave her this recipe because it was incredibly easy and fast to make, yet everyone will think you spent a lot of time in the kitchen! Turned out to be my favorite birthday cake!

Steps

In a mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients together and stir to mix well

In a separate bowl, add all wet ingredients together and mix well.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients while mixing continuously until well blended.

Pour into 9 x 13 inch cake pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool.

Cover with your favorite chocolate cake frosting, cut and serve.
